Born and raised in the north of England, I studied a Master’s Degree in Ancient Myth and Society at the University of Wales, Lampeter (now Uni. Wales Trinity Saint David), and moved to Rome in 2011 to use it as a tour guide.

After years of touring the same old popular sights, I decided to offer a tour that showed a different side of Rome’s history, and so the Rome’s Dark Side tour was born. Many, many satisfied and entertained guests later, I decided to launch Dark Side City Tours, to offer similar tours in other cities, so that travellers could learn about the alternative side of history wherever they travel.
